Decision making process as a Christian

Yesterday night, we had a combined lifegroup night where all young adults gathered and listened to Pastor sharing about the area of relationship. While the whole content is so good, i would like to share a particular section that helped me during this season of my life. Decision making framework.
I am in the season where there are so many things to decide, for eg. should i move out from the current place we stay? When should we have kids? should i invest in this ? etc and many more in the coming months
Hence this is the list:
1. Supremacy of scriptures : the word from God that direct this decision
2. spirit of the seeker : what is the motive behind this decision? do we come to God with the right motive and open heart?
3. Patience in prayer : will we persevere and wait in prayers?
4. Council of mature Christians : what do other godly Christian think about this decision?
5. Comfirmation of circumstances
6. Discipline of decision making
7. Presence of peace
8. signs of spirit

I like how he emphasized the presence of peace and signs of spirit is on the last 2 lists because while this is important, they could be misleading and a lot of people tend to make decision just based on these 2.
For God to say that you should go ahead, all these 8 categories must be fulfilled, not one or two.

Sigh... Yesterday night i was so into writing my blog that i actually typed it all out in my dark room cos im already ready to sleep haha but guess what, i accidentally deleted everthing.... Learning to trust the Lord

Okayy..... i guess it's time to update what's going on so much had happened and one of the major things that happened was my family (mom , dad and bro) came on 23 June and I went to Hillsong 2012. Honestly it has been so crazy and there have been so many ups and downs.  The one thing that i wish I can rewind is that when my parents were here, I wish I had more courage to ask them to go to church with me. I didnt have the courage to do so, it was definitely a turmoil. I have been going to church every sundays, been going to bible study every monday, prayer night every tuesday, cell group on fridays, but how come when it comes to exercising my faith, it seems so hard?? I didnt fail just this, but I guess I have failed in so many areas of my life. My greatest concern is about witnessing my faith to other people and the hardest is to my own family member.
